What are Kettle Cards?

Step one: Personalize your deck

Personalize your deck by choosing different workouts, water breaks and reps!

Step two: Shuffle your deck

Now that you’ve picked your cards, it’s time to shuffle and let the challenge begin!

One deck will hold your workouts, the other one will hold your reps!

Step three: Flip!

Flip the top card on from the solid deck to reveal your first exercise challenge

Flip the top card from the striped deck to reveal the amount of reps you need to complete

Step four: Challenge accepted

Once you finish the first workout repetition, flip to the next round of your challenge until you run out of cards!
